Ride their bikes of course!!! Check out recent events....Rideau Lake Tours where the "easiest" ride is 100 km per day for 2 days! or there are those doing the Great Cycle Challenge - to raise money for Sick Kids Foundation...way to go Broken Spokes Bike Club!!!
