
Thursday MTB Ride - Rob's Trails
Rob has been hard at work getting the Highland Grove single track ready to go and he believes that if you build it they will come! Let's prove him right. This Thursday night will be the beginning of our adult group rides. The plan is to meet at Rob's 1525 Meteorite Rd. in Highland Grove at 6pm. The weather looks amazing. These Kids Can Ride!
We had a great turnout of 25 kids and a number of parents to get our Cadet Ride started! This group of riders was eager to ride and we had amazing weather but there were a few bugs to keep us company. Riders please remember water bottles or backpacks, a small snack, and we may need bug spray next week! Cadet Ride Begins Monday!
Exciting news today! Are any cadets ready to ride? Warm temperatures have helped dry up trails and we have made the decision to being our Monday night rides this week!!! Monday May 9th at 6pm at Millenium Park. We are excited to ride! If you still need to register please try to meet us at 5:45 at the park to fill in forms and bring $30. Parents are welcome and encouraged to register and ride along with us too. See you Monday at 6pm at Millennium Park.
Did You Miss Registration Night?
We have had a few people asking if it is too late to register for 2022. Of course not! We are not planning another registration night but if you email us bancroftbrokenspokes@gmail.com we would gladly send you a scan of the registration forms and we can make plans to pick-up payment ($30 for the season) or you can bring payment to the first ride night (still TBD). 2022 Season Kickoff Event: Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day
Everyone is invited to join us for IMBA Canada's Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day! We will be getting together on Sunday May 15th from 1-4:30pm at Joy Bible Camp to ride some trails, introduce new riders to the sport, and look forward to an exciting 2022 season!
